Real estate investments involve risk, including potential loss of principal. TTR Magnolia Development, Inc. does not guarantee investment performance, profitability, appreciation, or specific financial outcomes.
Pricing for services is determined based on the scope, complexity, and duration of each engagement. Fees may be structured as fixed project fees, hourly consulting rates, milestone-based payments, or negotiated per-project agreements. A written agreement outlining fees will be provided prior to engagement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt or under agreed milestone terms. Payment terms may include net 15 or net 30 arrangements depending on the engagement. Failure to remit timely payment may result in suspension of services.
Late payments may be subject to interest at the maximum rate permitted by law or a reasonable late fee as stated in the applicable service agreement. Client agrees to reimburse reasonable collection costs if payment is not received.
Clients may cancel consulting services in writing. If cancellation occurs prior to work commencing, refunds may be issued less administrative costs. Once services have begun or deliverables have been provided, fees for work performed are non-refundable. Ongoing engagements may require written notice for termination pursuant to the signed agreement.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Fees for completed consulting services, delivered reports, or rendered advisory services are non-refundable. Deposits for reserved consulting time may be non-refundable once scheduling and planning have begun. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Payment processing fees may be deducted from any refund amount.
Certain services may involve third-party professionals or vendors. TTR Magnolia Development, Inc. is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or performance of independent third parties.
All website content, branding, materials, and consulting deliverables remain the intellectual property of TTR Magnolia Development, Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TTR Magnolia Development, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or advisory services.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the applicable state of incorporation and operation.
